My Practice

My art and tattoo practice are a form of meditation for me. I feel most at peace while in the process of drawing and tattooing. Over the past 13 years of tattooing, I’ve found this practice to be a powerful form of healing, self-empowerment, self-expression, and emotional release.

While I offer a variety of original flash designs, I especially enjoy collaborating with clients to bring their unique ideas and personal visions to life. I believe a tattoo can be much more than an image—it can hold meaning, mark a significant moment, or simply serve as a meaningful form of self-expression.

My Style & Studio Environment

I encourage prospective clients to spend some time researching artists before booking, as every tattoo artist has their own style, specialties, and approach. My work focuses primarily on soft black-and-grey realism and fine line. I currently do not offer color tattoos, with the exception of red incorporated into a primarily black-and-grey design.

I also intentionally maintain a quiet, calm, and private studio environment. My goal is to create a space where both the client and I can slow down, focus, and be present throughout the tattooing process. If you thrive in a high-energy or busy shop environment, a private studio may not be the right fit for you—and that’s completely okay. Finding an artist and environment that feel right for you is an important part of the tattoo experience.

The Process

The process begins with a consultation, where we have an opportunity to connect, discuss your ideas, and determine the appropriate size and placement for your tattoo. This is also when we process the deposit and schedule your tattoo appointment.

Approximately 2–3 days before your appointment, I send you a draft of your design for feedback and refinement. We work together through text to make any necessary adjustments and finalize the design before your appointment. This preparation process allows us to focus solely on the tattooing process the day of your appointment.

When it’s time to tattoo, I naturally enter a quiet, focused state. You are welcome to bring a friend or two for company, headphones or a book for some personal downtime, or enjoy a movie or show on the studio TV. Whether you prefer conversation or quiet, my goal is to create an experience that feels comfortable, welcoming, and personal.
